The Creative Well will help harness your creative power in your daily life. We are all artists. And our creativity is like a well full of healing, peace, and joy that we must tend to. In this four week workshop, you will learn different techniques to tap into your creativity to build resilience, self-awareness, and mindfulness.
For four weeks we will come together to explore creativity and its benefits. The workshop will consist of personal reflection, guided discussion and creative exercises. In between the sessions, you will be encouraged to develop creative rituals to tend to your well.
Materials needed: A black pen, watercolor paints, magazines for collage and paper.
