What does it mean to live in the present moment? How do we apply this seemingly basic and at the same time abstract idea to our lives? How do we GET THERE? A daily yoga practice. Morning meditation. Run after work. As these "present" prescriptions become increasingly encouraged, we start to wonder - is there something I'm missing?

This workshop will center around tapping into unfiltered authenticity to gain access to one's truest self. During this evening session she'll ignite creative movement in the body through yoga, and guide the group through discussion and exercises to LET GO and give in to the moment..”
